Respondents answer the same questions differently depending on the tone of voice and pace of delivery by the interviewer. This stunning discovery was by Nuttirudee Charoenruk in their University of Nebraska Digital Commons Dissertation, and means that learning how to project our voice may be just as important as learning our lines.
