Tim has seen a lot in his 42 years of Parish Ministry, and he shares how the Lutheran church is trying to reach out to ethnic communities in FL. Pastor Tim shares some enlightening ideas on how to help pastors to challenge their congregations to seek out and include diverse ethnic groups in their churches, like doing things we traditionally haven’t done in the past.
