We talk about selections in cricket a lot. I can’t think of another sport that seems so focused on them, and yet we talk about the process of how teams are elected so rarely. So I brought on my former colleague Mohammad Khan to talk through how he believes teams should be selected, taking from his knowledge as a Wall Street Trader and someone who won the CPL as a general manager. We talk about the amateur days of selection, Fawad Alam, what an all-rounder is, our own personal depth charts and Merv Hughes.
