A man visited his neighbor everyday and everyday his neighbor's dog would lay on a nail on the porch and whimper and whine. Day after day the man visited his neighbor and saw the dog do this. One day he asked the old man, "Why does he just whimper and whine ? " To which was the reply " It Doesn't Hurt Enough".
