Michael Thomas Brown is best known nowadays as one of the lead trainers at Florida's American Top Team, but here at the #LOP we remember the rugged fighter who captured WEC gold before the UFC adopted the featherweight class. Brown has seen it all in MMA in his career that now spans more than two decades.
We spent an hour and a half with Mr. Brown, and I do believe that is the most on microphone talking he has probably ever done!
