Her first career was in diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and leadership development, where she spent nearly 30 years garnering results for employers and clients across the U.S. and abroad in multiple sectors including nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, education and government.

Susana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), ICF Mentor Coach, and Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit.

She held a university position in Guadalajara, Mexico, and was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals.

For twenty years, she was the President of Susana Rinderle Consulting, LLC, and is a former Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry in the leadership development practice.

Susana is a former TEDx speaker, and her articles have appeared in multiple commercial and academic publications.
