Senay Daniel (VFA 20' Columbus) and Jason Chato (VFA 18' Philadelphia) moderate a panel discussion featuring several Black VFA fellows from build21. Recorded roughly one year after the wave of protests following a sequence of murders of Black men and women at the hands of U.S. police in the summer of 2020, our panelists dive deep into what blackness personally means to them, their educational and professional experiences, the state of America's current related to race, and their views on how build21 should execute its mission going forward.
