As I was listening to Simon Sinek talk about the golden circle I was struck by how true this was. Many people know what what theyre doing, they know the process the how but very few really know why they do what they do. 
Being able to say I love my job is not the norm it’s the exception. Most people do things for the result – money or fame. But very few do it because they love what they do and they are passionate about it. Simon Sinek coined the term the golden circle to discuss these 3 things – why, how, what. And for todays vlog, this is what id like to talk about.
