Liz and Tarah spend some time with Dr. Barre Lando. Not only is he a wealth of information and resource on all things Bioterrain, many different medical/health/movement disciplines, and many other things, he’s warm, humble, real, and very funny. The conversation spans from the true meaning of science, to the metaphysics of our bioterrain, to how and why our biological systems are not designed to age. Also covered is his and his wife’s new project, off-grid elegance (bringing beauty back into gardens and how we live off-grid), physicians as teachers (the true meaning), knowing that the “good ol’ days” lie ahead of us, living from the inside out, and awareness of our bodies and what they need in a world were we are “off-roading” 100% of the time. Dr. Barre shares his own journey with aging as an athlete and how this nudged him to continue to remember deeper layers of himself and shed identities that could have kept him stuck. He describes his very extensive experience with patients over the years and how intentions and desires play a huge part of the energy that moves matter. Dr. Barre’s Bio: Dr. Barre is the founder and formulator for Alfa Vedic, a Physician, Kinesiologist-Functional Movement Specialist, Master Gardner, and co-host of the Alfa Vedic podcast with Mike Winner. He’s a 3 sport high school athlete, has studied Western Medicine, Oriental Medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, chiropractic, kinesiology, and German New Medicine. He is noted amongst his peers for his innovative clinical strategies. He has an interest in creating a genuine “science-based” system of functional medicine. He is also known for sharing his own extensive experience in the field of bioterrain and what microbes really are and do in the body. In this episode of The Source Connection, Tarah and Liz are joined by Dr. Melissa Sell, a Health Mindset Coach, Chiropractor and overall liberator and uplifter.
Dr. Melissa starts by sharing how her journey as a chiropractor lead her to her own explorations of self awareness. With the foundation of chiropractic and the innerstanding that the body has innate wisdom, that it doesn’t make mistakes, she was mostly interested on health, nutrition, how we could optimize ourselves by the foods that we ate or not, things we should avoid, the healthy vs unhealthy. And as she taught that to others, she was noticing something was missing. That notion lead her to the explorations of her internal world, and she became more interested on how perception shapes reality and experiences.
One day, as she listened to a podcast about magnesium supplementation, she heard about GNM for the first time. In her own words “this is the most incredible work that exists in the world of health and like, no one knows about it.” As she discovers and studies it, she decides she wants to be a part of helping others get access to this information.
German New Medicine (GNM) was developed by a German doctor, Dr. Hammer, and can be simply described as the map for understanding why our bodies develop symptoms. He was able to create this with scientific exactitude of why our bodies go through different adaptations, allowing us to understand why we have a pimple, sore throat or tumor.
Dr. Melissa is passionate about sharing this knowledge with everyone and believes that if we don’t innerstand what our bodes are doing and why, we become fearful and susceptible to all kinds of trickery. Hence the reason why lots of people are vulnerable and still rely on systems that will give them any bit of relief, but don’t necessarily support them in health and well being.
Dr. Melissa gifts you a masterclass on the foundation of GNM in this episode; the 5 Biological Laws - the framework for the whole picture.
If you are interested in being free, not interested in being a slave to the system of disempowerment, brokenness and sickness, and who really want to innerstand what it is to be responsible for your own experience, get ready, you couldn’t be in better company!

In this episode, Tarah and Liz spend a very nourishing almost 2 hours with Jenisa Washington! Jenisa is passionate about S.A.C.R.E.D. conversations, an enthusiast and consultant of Waldorf education, a mother, a change agent, a being of immense depth and grace, and a woman who is here to serve our world with her whole heart.
The ladies share deep conversation about many things:
-The healing of relationships with mothers and all beings at this time
-Growing up in an Ashram in southern California with swami Turiyasangitananda (Alice Coletrane)
-Questioning the religious home she was raised in, asking, what else is possible?
-Women all around Jenisa staying true to themselves
-These times and asking the question, how do we feel to serve now?
-Her Waldorf inspired alternative learning pod
-The main points of creating your own pod (Mission, resources (what you have to offer), who can offer what you can’t, and registering in your home state as an individual family)
-Doing whatever it is that you’re doing from a place of yourself, your love, and your values
-The intelligence of the Earth and us as nature
-Asking the question, what is education?
-Teachers as guides, not authorities

Join us for an episode full of healing codes for all who are ready. At the very end, there’s a little funny for you all too!
Jenisa grew up in an Ashram Community in the presence of an enlightened spiritual teacher where the wisdom of East and West harmonized in a rich tapestry of vibrant living. Her International travel and exposure to rich cultural diversity nurtured her deep appreciation and value of others.
Years of partnering with educators in the holistic Waldorf educational model broadened her view of educational values for herself and her three children. Recently she created an alternative learning pod. This creative model that integrates heart, head and hands can eventually serve as an innovative model to expose children to humanities science in the younger years instead of later in college.
Her former non-profit, the Impact Circle, reached out to others and encouraged supporters to transcend personal pre-occupations and expand their heart through conscious giving. This model of creative philanthropy allows for the support and empowerment of others in need. She is on a quest to bring people together and build community in LOVE through S.A.C.R.E.D Conversations.
Resources mentioned: The Tasks and Content of the Steiner-Waldorf Curriculum, paperback Nappliy Naturals (an apothecary) in Los Angeles, CA
Jenisa is available for consultation. She advises people through the process of creating a Waldorf inspired homeschool program, including: curriculum, resources for recruiting teachers and students, and space and partnerships supported by one’s own community. In this episode of The Source Connection, Liz and Tarah connect with Joel and Yerasimos, co-creators of the “Here For The Truth” podcast, “Rise Above The Herd," a transformational 8-week group coaching program, and “Friends of the Truth,” a private membership community.
The lads start by sharing how they came together, how their first zoom conversation catapulted them into starting a collaborative, creative process that turned into their very successful podcast. They share how their deep alignment has been the driving force for powerful creations and how they hope to inspire others to walk their most authentic paths.
They share their upbringing and their stories of awakening. The commons roads traveled and findings along the way. They both share the most important curves and long climbs, and speak so eloquently about their process of individuation, and how that has allowed for them to become more of who they are, bringing forth their gifts, wisdom and unique talents to bless their own experiences and the ones of others. And how that process, one of the most important ones, allows for men/women to step fully into who they are here to be.
They dive into the important themes that have carried them through their journey of self development and self actualization; curiosity, commitment, love for learning, courage, authenticity, self governance and ownership, to name a few. They share how they perceived the past few years, the collective “dark night of the soul”, the splitting, and the invitation to search and walk “the highest path”, or dive deeper into slumber. Joel explores the ways in which we bought into the comfort, the illusions, the conveniences. And that now, we have an opportunity to detoxify from all the ones that we consented to - both within and without. Yerasimos brings it back to the choice of either focusing on what’s going on externally, that most have no total control of, versus focusing on what’s within our control, meaning, ourselves.
Let us rejoice in what’s possible, the magic available to us when we choose to direct our attention and intention to following our inner guidance and compass - an experience of life more beautiful and exquisite than we could ever imagine. When we remember the incredible potential of our spirits, our imagination and creative capacity invites us to the role of creator - cultivate it!
“When you truly realize that you are the common denominator in all your problems, you realize your are the common denominator in all the solutions” Joel
This episode is filled with gems, insights, opportunities, and a generosity of hearts that opens and gives. Enjoy!

Liz and Tarah have the pleasure of connecting with Henrietta Woodcox and diving into her delightful and refreshing world of not only handbells, but grounded optimism and a sense that all is right with the world. Henrietta is a 12x National Champion Handbell Choir Director & Master Artist. She first fell in love with the handbells at the Aledo United Methodist Church, in Aledo, TX. She is on a mission to amplify the beautiful art form of the handbells, which is a symbol of unity and world peace. She is the inspiration behind the upcoming hit comedy, Henrietta & The Southern Bells, written by Carmen Scott & Lynna Yee. Henrietta shares her disappointment in not being invited to the National Handbell Symposium and how that led to co-creating a film about her and her handbell adventures! The ladies explore the importance of community, hence Henrietta's saying, "One bell does not a choir make!" Isn't that the truth! Henrietta also shares about her balance in following her dreams and staying grounded in the moment, which can be tricky sometimes. Another theme for Henrietta is the importance of being in love with what you do. As she says, "The greatest work of art anybody ever creates is the life they live." What a beautiful perspective and reminder that we're all artists! If you saw your life as your greatest artistic contribution to the world, how would that shift one thing you are or do? In this episode of The Source Connection, Tarah and Liz start with some tapping for a change! Some energizing and soothing touch. Self care, yeah!
The ladies get right into the topic of silent wars and how we’ve been born into systems that are completely distorted and anti life. They discuss the foundations of some of these systems, how they’ve been built on so many misconceptions, keep perpetuating a gap between us and our abilities and continue to downgrade man/woman kind to less than.
They share their ideas about the “war against our bodies” and how we’ve been conditioned to believe we don’t have what it takes to support ourselves, our health and well being.
What if we looked at symptoms as messengers, and what we call disease as a perfect, natural, capable opportunity to come back to homeostasis? They contemplate what are the stories wired in the nervous systems, how we act/react to them and how a pause, a deeper breath at the right moment can help shift the perspective into more ease.
Tarah and Liz share some of their experiences on how they’ve approached and gone through “illnesses” - either in their personal explorations or with loved ones. They explore how they continue to be curious about themselves and what can best support them at different times.
They go into some very personal stories to illustrate how they’ve come to the innerstanding of what is important to them, how they’ve drawn some perspectives and actualization about the allopathic medical system.
The ladies invite you to explore what systems most support your vision of your body, which ones reflect the highest innerstanding of your being, what are the most aligned with how you see life and its processes… to get curious, ask questions and delight yourself in the inquiry.

This episode is so rich and chocked full of gems and invitations for you to know yourself more deeply and initiate the magic that exists inside of and all around you. Gordy Hamil is an owl whisper, a shaman, a fellow ungovernable being, and an explorer of self and the magic of the Universe. Out of rehab in 2018, Gordy shifted his life dramatically to match his inner calling of more health on all levels of his being. He has walked through many a dark night and lives now to remind us how resilient and incredible we are. Gordy shares with us his beautiful connection and real life with his owl family, and all that he has learned from having them as partners. Owls are messengers in most traditions, and they say to him, “Be open, you are spirit.” In rehab, Gordy talks about having to identify with the label of being an “addict,” the limitations of this, and what else might be possible on a path of recovery. Gordy, Liz and Tarah explore together the wonder, magic, and curiosity of the world we are co-creating and receiving moment by moment. They also discuss trauma in the body, identifying with anything as a limitation, and their personal hypnosis experiences. Give yourself permission to “start from scratch” as you listen to this episode, and be curious about what else might also be possible for YOU. In this episode of The Source Connection, Liz and Tarah link up with Tania Elfersy, Transformative Coach, Speaker, Educator, Author, mother and wife.
This episode sprouted from a very unique opportunity - Tania reached out to Tarah and Liz about her book “The Wiser Woman’s Guide to Perimenopause and Menopause”, and invited the ladies for a conversation! It was an immediate yes, and here it is!
Through her own menopause journey, Tania started to realize that the story being told about women, their bodies and processes was lacking context and true applied awareness. She was introduced to Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT) as a cure for all the discomfort she was going through, and upon further investigation, found out that the book that declared it to the world, Feminine Forever, portrayed women as decaying/castrated beings when reaching an older age. She was immediately turned off by that concept and knew a new story needed be told.
She decided to connect to her symptoms and began to translate them as opportunities for greater connection with herself. She knew that the body that had gotten her through all phases of life was not malfunctioning, and that the answers were within.
Tania shares how the 3 Principles of Innate Health by Sydney Banks helped her transform her thinking, yielding results immediately. In a simple description, “it is an understanding of how mind, thought and consciousness interplay to create the human experience”. Boom, Tania’s life was never going to be the same.
She opts to start to not take her thoughts so seriously and starts not paying so much attention to the ones that tell her “I’m not enough… something is wrong and needs fixing…” She chooses to trust her body, her hormones, her process and knows that there is innate intelligence to it all. The dialogue becomes “what if menopause is a brilliant transition into becoming an elder?” With that insight, she is sure that nature wants us health and thriving elders.
Tania is a powerhouse, challenging these dominant narratives that tell all of us that our natural cycles are wrong and need intervening with. She invites you to a new relationship with your body and its wisdom. She lets you know that there’s always a more empowering way.
And for the title of this episode, Konenki - watch and find out ; )
“The Wiser Woman is within you, and she wants to be found” - Tania
Not: as much as this is a talk about perimenopause and menopause, this is an episode for everyone, regardless of gender - the insights here can be applied to anything!

In this episode, Tarah starts us off with a deep discussion about “mom jeans,” evolving (thank goodness) into the timeless exploration of “fitting in” and belonging. Where you born with the rebel gene? When did you stop conforming? We explore how it is that some people “got it” pretty quickly when March 2020 hit, and some still haven’t…what’s going on there? What are the important questions to ask ourselves? Can we bridge the divide with love, with conversation, or is it too late? If so, what does that bridge look and feel like? In this episode of The Source Connection, Liz and Tarah connect with Jennie Morton, Doctor of Osteopath (clinician and educator), Master in Psychology, performer (dancer/singer/musician), Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Heart Math practitioner, author and overall mystic.
Jennie begins by sharing her journey as a “story tailor” and how she applies her trainings in helping clients figure out what’s going on, reminding hem that there’s “never anything wrong with the body” and that “the body is always healing”. She goes into how symptoms are communications and the body is always recalibrating and trying to get back into balance.
Jennie explains how the why is the most important question, and how exploring different layers of whys can help bring clarity and insights about different processes. She shares how she loves playing detective in helping people discover what’s really going on with the body. While asking questions and staying open, Jennie gets to communicate on a more subliminal way, messages start to come through and so much of what’s held in the tissues start to unwind and express. She then starts to help translate to folks what the body is trying to convey.
Jennie talks about the masks we wear to be socially accepted, and if it’s not congruent with our truest expression, the biology will be in conflict and manifest itself. We get into frequency, vibrations and openness. We get into the need to be in connection, be accepted and in alignment.
Having been an artist herself, and through her work with artists, Jennie is really great at helping us understand our artistic predispositions. She gets into how creatives operates, how their minds tend to work and shape their experiences. We get into suppression and expression, how that manifests, how emotions are biochemical experiences and how to recognize and work with different aspects of it.
You’re in for a treat; Jennie is the real deal - medicine woman, brings all of herself with her humor and easy way to explain ideas and possibilities. She’ll make you laugh and/or cry. She is a treasure. Get ready!

How do you give yourself a break? If you haven't in awhile, this is your sign that it's time to do so. Giving yourself a break can be as simple as allowing yourself to show up exactly as you are and not trying to make it different. It could also be not feeling like you have to figure something out and instead surrendering to trust.
Tarah and Liz explore not only this possibility, but also what true security is, not forcing "getting rid" of ego, next-leveling, and being proud of yourself and all the work you've done for yourself (which includes surrendering to Infinite Intelligence/Grace/Source/God).
The invitation, eternally, is to be yourself, allowing what wants to come through to come through...even if it's resting, or taking right action, or having a conversation that is calling you.
The space Liz and Tarah create for you in these conversations is not your "normal" space, it's inviting you not only to be yourself, but to be more curious, feel more self-love, soften, remember your multi-dimentionality, and really up-level yourself to YOUR next level (whatever that means for you). Thank you for being with us, for continuing to expand and heal yourself, as this is what the world needs most.

In this episode of The Source Connection, Tarah and Liz share with Chance Garton - artist, host of the Innerverse Podcast (“a podcast for all the creatives, syncromystics, holistic healers, and occult researchers who are ready to take personal responsibility under natural law to manifest a more magical life”) and all around magical being!
They start off with the concepts and ideas of time, its meanings and concepts, subjective and measured, how to move from an internal orientation of time where the universe wants to accommodate what flows, what feels like a “hell yea!”. Chance expands on the timeless of “time” and the concepts in Greek of chronos, the time on the clock, and kairos, subjective time, the time of the soul.
He shares his upbringing and how deciding to make art one day changed the course of his life. He then got on a quest to find out how artists were able to get out of the hamster wheel, were able to take a leap and make a living doing it. Where they not plagued by fear? How are they able to do it? And that’s how the Innerverse Podcast got started; his curiosity to discover, through conversations and explorations with creatives, how they’ve turned their art into their livelihood.
He shares a story about him finding a cd of an old band he played in, and how revisiting that, made him connect with “his younger self” in a totally different way, allowing him to dissolve any distorted notions he had of what he was like. This moment leads to a healing moment for Liz, who shares emotionality over repairing relationship with self and the personal hardships of depression in her early adult life. This encounter with that version of him, was a propelling shift to fully embrace the confidence to take the leap of faith needed.
They explore faith, self love and how those are the foundation of change. They talk about energy healing, divine intervention, sounds and vibrations. Science, mechanism, mysticism, scientism and the energetics of currency get thrown in there too! Word meaning, allowing, opening, choices, progression, making up as you go, building on pure intention - creation at its best is explored in this very healing broadcast! Listen or watch at your won delight!

Welcome to 2023! A new year on the calendar can mean many things. As a collective we’ve decided to celebrate this turning of numbers as a time to review, reflect, and renew.
Liz and Tarah recap 2022 for The Source Connection and personally, and then get to the juiciness of exploring the “phases of awakening.” The phases or stages talked about here refer to these specific times, and the particular challenges and miracles of the phases over the last 3 years.
Even though looking around at times it may not seem like it, more people are “waking up” to many truths within and without themselves than ever in our lifetime! Exploring these stages can give you more compassion and empathy for yourself and others as we all navigate how to best move through with ease, grace, and honesty. You are not alone. We are together in the spaces of infinity and right here physically on this planet, one not more important than the other.
The invitation: Can you have even more compassion for yourself? If you’re not walking your talk, does the talk need to shift, or is more love being called for?

In this episode of The Source Connection, we amplify the field with the creators of The Anastasia Foundation in the US, Gabriel Miguel and Wes Wittkamper. They come to share the message of The Ringing Cedars of Russia book series, written by Vladimir Megre, to showcase a vision of what’s possible for humans on earth.
Gabriel and Wes’ mission is to connect, inspire, resource all the readers of the series, so the vision can be actualized in the world. The books describe heaven on earth, happy families everywhere, and highlights the natural/biological versus the artificial possibilities for humanity.
They say the series is about undogmatic, life affirming, live giving possibilities, “why are we here?” type of explorations, no mysticism and very clear truths. Both Gabriel and Wes claim the books bring a great place to get a distillation of many cross referenced sacred texts.
Anastasia, a ‘Siberian master’, talks about every aspect of life, of our existence - the purpose of mankind, our relationship with GOD, men’s true relationship with nature and how to actualize it, raising children in the imagine of GOD (happy, healthy and full of love), and how to preserve love. She talks about turning this world back into a green, flourishing paradise and how every family could have a piece of land to nurture and be nurtured by - a Kin’s Domain. “A perfect dwelling land” where one can give a material embodiment of what’s within us, making this a beautiful reflection of our own individual process of unfolding and perfection. “Nature is slow, yet righteous”, just like this movement…
This conversation is able to activate deep codes within, so get ready for an upleveling like no other! “Energy flows where attention goes”, and we are more focused than ever here!
Tune in to help you start writing a new story of what’s possible for you and yours. And with that, we are writing a new story for the whole humanity.

In this episode, Tarah and Liz share more of their individual journeys with their bodies and how it has evolved on all levels.
The questions, "What else is possible?" along with "Am I listening fully?" are always welcome when we navigate what the body needs and wants in each moment.
Your body is different today than yesterday, and it's up to you to listen to and love your body as you would any and all other parts of yourself and others.
We touch on tools like human design and astrology and how they can allow more tenderness for ourselves, not in making anything absolutely so, but as a possible guide for understanding how and why.
Join us in exploring your own body and all its beauty inside and out, and maybe uncover something new for yourself. Anything is possible...

In this episode of The Source Connection, we connect with Jilly, The Water Priestess, founder of The Merchant Mermaid and Wake Water Co - a water business/community/nation, Sacred Speaker, Water Alchemist, Hydrated Leadership and Eternal Entrepreneur.
We talk about the magic of water and its code, how water moves through and expresses through different beings and the upgrades being made available during these times.
Jilly shares her upbringing, her health struggles and the path that lead her to natural ways of healing and the magic of water. She talks about her experience with the medical system when she was healed from cysts, from drinking alkaline water, and the doctors told her to stay away from it; welcome to the beginning of an awakening. This catalyzed her journey and exploration with water.
She decided to understand, learn, and study water and its science. She went to Japan, the source of Kangen water, and started to travel the world learning about it. She heard the calling of water saying “you need to experience me”. With the controversy surrounding Kangen water, she chose to listen to the water, her experiences and her communion with it.
Jilly shares her profound understanding that she was seeing something beyond what could be proven, and her spiritual/magical moments were real and that when she was able to “see” water, water showed her herself; can’t be defined, won’t fit into a box, can’t be like anyone else.
We get into the magic of integrational flow, how important language is, how this path of exploration has consistently humbled us, how hydrated or dehydrated we, and our relationships are, how water knows who it is and can be playful and stern, depending on what’s needed.
Jilly invites us to participate actively in our interactions with water, its gifts and principles, understanding that it relates to everything in our lives. She invites us to stay open and curious, ready to listen and appreciate at every moment.
Where are your currents flowing towards? Are you aware of them? How hydrated is your life?

Tarah said you can find us at thesourceconnection.com. This is not true;) You can find us at www.thesourceconnection.us!
This is your very first taste of a new series we’re excited about…The Source Connection After Dark. The idea sparked out of the desire to have conversations that may be a little juicer, more taboo, related to any and all things.
Our first After Dark episode is recorded on Halloween 2022; fitting we thought. And if you can watch this one (as opposed to listen) we regale you with witch hats and lots of tears. Tears shed for love of others and life and the absolute magic of it all.
We talk about spirits and our sensitivities in this area. Are you sensitive to non-form beings and energy?
We talk about what you may leave behind when your body transitions, and what you want to leave behind. Do you have an intention and has it been fulfilled by your preparations? These acts are acts of generosity and love for those still here on this planet that love us and will be grieving.
We end with a rich discussion and exploration about money, its role on this planet and in your life, the intentionality behind how you use it, does it measure worth, and much more. The invitation is, what experience do you want to create on this planet going forward as a way to give and receive? What does that energetically feel like to you?
A few things discussed in the episode:
From Scratch, the series Tarah was talking about regarding the witnessing so beautifully of death
Death in the Afternoon, the podcast Liz mentioned with the episode about preparing for your departure

In this episode of The Source Connection, we share love and vulnerability for the second time with our friend Falk Hentschel, Hollywood actor, writer, and producer.
We talk about his latest movie release, Swap Me Baby, and how it’s been tricky to create new ways of doing things in a system that seems stuck in its ways. He expresses his desire to find people to collaborate with that are willing to try to do creative projects in new manners. Coming together to carve a unique path and conceive of unique forms.
Falk brings forth his trauma release work with people and his own, and how he believes our lives are our won creations, and how he understands his current predicament as also his own reflection; “there’s no world out there that’s wrong, and I’m right”, type of thing.
We joke about the conditioning and how we get trapped in them and the distortions. “Can you be comfortable in the discomfort?”. Can you dig deep and get still? What are you in coherence with?
We delight in the curiosity of choosing drastic shifts, what happens, what doesn’t happen. We find gratification in contemplating the unseen together, flow state, talking about different modalities of energetic healing/work, plant medicine, breathing techniques, breatharianism, and being able to read blindfolded! :P
Falk comes raw, in alignment with the truth in the moment and we go deep.
This is a very healing broadcast.
May you be blessed by it, like we were.

WEBSITE CORRECTION! At the end Tarah said the website is www.thesourceconnection.com. It is not! It’s www.thesourceconnection.us. And our email is connect@thesourceconnection.us. Phew!
There can be a fine line between the fear of doing or not doing something and our intuition. This is certainly the case when navigating the Western Medical system and all we’ve been taught is “correct” or “responsible” when it comes to following along with the conditioned medicine in much of the world. Liz and Tarah share their own personal experiences in exploring this space and how it was one of their biggest teachers in self-authority and consent.
Consent is given whenever we agree to something and accept its terms. We offer consent knowingly and unknowingly in our lives. This episode explores the areas where you may be consenting but it’s not aligned (or never was). We talk about how to choose, exercise courage, be fearless, and remember our own authority.
Do you trust your body, or do you outsource your wellbeing and health to another authority? Health/life/death can be something we fear the most when it comes to trusting our own intuition over another “authority” with degrees and a title. But, do they really know better than we do when it comes to what’s right for our health and life?
What are you tolerating? What are you asking permission to do or be? What are your agreements? What would it be like to no longer ask permission to live your life and be YOU?
***Do what’s right for you. Tarah and Liz are not making any recommendation or suggestions about what to do in regards to your health and life.

In this episode of The Source Connection, we spend time with former forensic psychiatrist, justice and terrain proponent, alchemist and illuminator Andrew Kaufman.
Andy shares the journey that has lead him to look at things a little bit differently, and how it has unfolded into him becoming one of the most prolific voices in innerstanding the crumbling of old paradigms.
We get into his experiences with meditation. mindfulness, western esoteric and spiritual philosophies - all guides in his path of self awareness. He highlights how his spiritual foundation has been the fortitude in coping with the sacrificing of his medical license and the world and relationships as he knew it, and how it provides context for the bigger picture.
Andy points to the importance of the integration of mind, body and spirit and how that’s key to true healing. He emphasizes the importance of innerstanding ourselves and how that leads to embodiment of life itself.
We get into how our psychological state effects the body and vice versa, how the experience outside of the physical can impact one in every dimension. Andy shares a beautiful story about connecting trauma to disease and how it got reversed with that realization.
Andy shares his observations when studying natural healing and its “anecdotal successes”, and how it all lead him to the processes of detoxification. He found a lot of info from mainstream biology and was surprised on how the medical science seems to be in denial of its importance and catalogued victories.
That lead him into his latest program “Alchemical Detox”, where one can be exposed to the importance of detoxing, its processes and phases and how to participate actively in it; “using the synergy of nature to heal your body, for true health freedom”. He explains alchemy as a way to innerstand nature and how to use its forces of transformation to detox mind/body/spirit. This course offers newbies and veterans a way to engage in alchemy as a lifestyle to help oneself and others.
We talk about the materialistic paradigm and how it fuels a cycle of destruction and how to overcome it and bring a sense of meaning to our lives, amongst other precious gems.
We are glad to finally meet the man behind the legend!

Are you on the train heading to the world you actually want to live in? A world where all beings are considered and everybody wins? This is the earth we are creating, the one that’s already here.
In order to create this world for yourself, in your own daily life, it requires you to let go of who you were in the world we’ve lived in for so long, full of a type of control many did not even know existed.
In this episode, Tarah and Liz explore this transition and transmutation, and how we’re all arriving here/there. Uprooting, letting go, slowing down, the inevitability of change, the temporary nature of all of it, shedding what’s not you, self-abuse, boundaries, and more.
Join us in your own exploration of what wants to be let go, what wants to transmute into the version of you that holds space for this new paradigm that we can’t even imagine, it’s that good.

Let’s get dirty! Just kidding, this episode is actually all about getting clean…on the inside!
**Disclaimer: We (Tarah and Liz) are not recommending coffee enemas or giving any medical advice in this episode. We are sharing our own experience and benefits. Use your own judgment when trying any new health modality and consult a health care provider if needed.
Coffee enemas have been cited in case reports and articles since the 1800’s, and have also appeared in medical writings from ancient Egypt. Clearly people have been benefitting from this practice for a long time.
In this episode, we share our personal experiences with coffee enemas, the practical and the personal benefits. There’s more than one way to do it and can require support at first. We explore the Gerson Therapy (where Tarah first heard of coffee enemas) and share a particular coffee product specifically for enemas.
Inner detox (via coffee enema) can lead to detoxification on all levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Be aware that detoxing your body is not a mechanical act and engages all of you. Have support if you’re just starting out with physical detox, and be sure to do your research and do what’s right for you.
Let us know your experience with coffee enemas, or if you try, how it goes!
The invitation: try it out (if it resonates), or be curious about any type of detox you feel drawn to at this time. Fall is a perfect time to do a cleanse or start a detox program.

https://In this episode of The Source Connection, we talk with Ancient Healing Artist, Peace Activist, Poet and Soul Sister, Henna Maria. Henna was born in Finland and grew up in the forest where she developed a deep appreciation and respect for the earth. She recognizes Nature as a living bible where we can reconnect with our deepest essence of intelligent design.
Henna brings all of herself, her multiple lives and experiences into this conversation. From a Multi Lingual Communications and Psychology student to UN Interpreter, mixed with theater acting and some interesting jobs in between, Henna got a taste of the matrix and its tangles. She decided to leave the Western World and embarked into a journey in India.
Already in the path of seeking, the arts became her looking glass into the possibilities of life. Her curiosity led her to many discoveries, not only about herself, but the nature of reality. The subtle realms, the richness of our emotional world led her to embark on a learning exploration of Ancient Healing Arts and Amazonian plant medicine.
We have a conversation about silence, consent and violence, our responsibility to speak up and give voice to the voiceless and finding the balance between outreach and inner reflection. We go into reflections about who we are as men and women, and the duty to spread awareness. Henna highlights the potential of our creative spark that is asking us to become activated, and the importance of the balance between giving and receiving.
Henna shares the conversation that helped her come out of the illusion of the banking system, and how that started her process of awakening to the slave systems we are born into. That leads us to a conversation about re wilding and reconnecting to one another.
Henna shares her passions for activism. She shares knowledge, experiences and lessons she learned. She reminds us of what it is to come from the heart and try to touch another heart. She reveals how much people like being seen and noticed. She gives us insights on how that happens in real life situations in her years of boots on the ground.
We barely got to talk about Henna’s initiatives, trust us, they are many, so we plan on having her back. Stay tuned!
So much wisdom comes through in this episode, and as Henna brilliantly reminds us that our healing is earth’s healing, we’d like to leave you with this: how has your healing impacted the earth?

We did an episode before this one about death, but it vanished. It was mysteriously deleted, gone forever. Before this happened, we recorded this next episode all about birthing.
Maybe we’ll do the “death” episode again, maybe not, either way it’s a great reminder that everything is temporary. At least, everything we can experience in this reality. So, the cycle of so-called death and life continues in all ways, and we are lucky enough to be right here for it.
We are birthing every moment now, we always have been, but now it’s more noticeable as the old world dies more every day.
What’s possible? Where can we soften? What’s shifting with our connection to nature and the animals, if we pay attention?
How are we surrendering, and what does that mean for the birthing process? What are we choosing with each breath?
We don’t know what the road looks like, because there is no road. So, are you ready to be the road with us? We’ve got our jet packs ready!

In this episode, our shortest one to date, we talk with the wonderful Dr. Julie Ponesse; Canadian Philosophy and Ethics Professor, the Pandemic Ethics Scholar for the Democracy Fund, and author of the book “My Choice - The ethical case against the covid 19 vaccine mandate”.
We touch on the perceived limitations in the age of covid and how some people might feel restricted in what they are able/unable to do, and how it’s important to realize that we don’t need to allow circumstances to dictate our state of being. She points out that one is always able to and has room for choice, and what we believe and decide is up to us.
She dives into the realm of possibilities in ethics and its place in our society, pointing out some of the flaws in our current systems, and highlighting the questions of autonomy and collectivism, to name a few. What happens when a person loses his/her value as an individual and is only valuable as part of the group, the tribe, the collective?
In such a technological world, how can we balance our understanding of different aspects like the scientific method, moral and ethics? How can we understand how best treat one another? How can individuals gain their sense of identity back? - some of the rich contemplation we share here.

We discuss what it means to clean your own room (phrase credited to Jordan Peterson), how to take radical responsibility and remain soft, deep commitment to yourself, and self-governance in today's world.

She takes us on an exploration of her work, research, and relationship with water. She explores the similarities between us and nature, how water is the elixir of love, and the sophistication of our bodies. Veda presents us as bodies of water in relationship with other bodies of water. We are made of it and shaped by it.
She connects our emotions, energetic states of health, and physical expression to water and its guiding principles.
She mentions the works that have influenced her the most, Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto, french microscopic photographer Laurent Costa and radionics engineer Thomas Hieronymus.
Veda shares her experiences with water, the projection of thoughts and feelings into it, and the results. She reminds us that water is not only responsive to us, and it’s actually able to communicate with us; “water doesn’t do small talk”, she says.
She explains her methods of documenting the process she engages in with water. She has taken more than 50 thousand pictures of water and its communication with us. That has led her to what has been her life’s work.
At the end of this episode, you’ll see a lot of the images that Veda has taken, please gift that to yourself. An image can speak a thousand words.
This is truly a masterclass, where one will understand water from a completely different perspective; water as the rebel element, water as the observer, water as the messenger. Water as us, always moving towards back to source.

Liz and Tarah start this episode by exploring The Mandela Effect and sharing many examples. This points us to our multidimensionality and the reminder that we are not linear 3D beings living in a merely physical world with one set of rules. How exciting!
We touch on the importance of play, how attaching to a title of "this" or "that" can diminish our light, the unraveling of the systems we have been conditioned to believe in, and curiosity around labels and roles.
We talk about discipline, what is it and when is it healthy versus not? What are you devoted to and what does devotion mean to you? And how flexibility can be an essential ingredient to life on all levels.

Our Aussie friend Tom Barnett is back for round 3!
In this episode, Tom shares the latest happenings in his neck of the woods and how the community is coming together to deal with them.
He touches on the latest floods and how that’s being used as means for infiltration in the sovereignty movement and initiatives. We talk about deception and how to strengthen our discernment so we are not caught in the game.
Tom highlights how important it is to stay curious in understanding that claims don’t make things true and to stay vigilant and self-connected.
We discuss the elements of separation that we still experience in our communities, and how the energetic base level still has a lot of room and potential for growth. How do we move together into a space that is sustained by our individual work?
Tom reminds us that, when I’m service of the highest good of all, a simple reminder of “this is not about me” is enough to soothe the nerves.
We talk about his road to “fame” and how we are chosen to fulfill certain roles. And that coming as we are, showing up as ourselves is the best gift we can offer.
We talk about softening, and the bigger impact one can have on others when able to confront his/her own self. How are we embracing kindness and gentleness?
How can we restructure our water bodies in such harmony that it surpasses our own experiences and encompasses and showers over others? Can we meet in a space where we all are?

We hope every episode is an invitation to turn up your light. In this episode we invite you to do just that out in the world (and your day to day life) and share with us what it felt like, looked like, and what happened!? We love to hear from you.
We begin by exploring communication. How does it happen? What are the other possibilities besides words? How limited are we if we only use words to communicate? How do our bodies communicate? How do viruses communicate? Is it what we’ve always been told?
We end with a discussion on self-responsibility in your response to any situation, and how this is not an excuse for anyone to abuse or misuse this expanded perception of walking through life. Sit with us in the un-namable, the un-definable, the you that is the you in all beings.

In this episode, we talk with the fantastic Hawk Jensen, filmmaker, dissident artist, and educator.
We converse about Hawk’s experiences as a creative spirit in the cinematic universe, his journey through photojournalism, commercials, writing, and his curiosity that lead him to be a unique storyteller.
Hawk shares his passion for telling real stories; generally the marginalized ones, the ones most people have a hard time conceptualizing. He explains his enthusiasm for them, the real thrill of giving people a voice, and being a steward of their stories. He also touches on the joy of taking us, the viewers, on an adventure with them.
He shares his love for cinema as a living entity - suspending our disbelief, projecting our own consciousness, and becoming part of that world.
We talk about one of his most touching projects; The Witness Project and how valuable the space for learning through others’ stories is. Through that, we reflect on the invaluable opportunity of storytelling as a healing, connecting and miraculous tool, maybe because we recognize the universality in our stories, trauma, pain and pushback… and how one can get to the inner self through it.
We also conversed about his latest endeavor, the SoundMind Creative Group and the docuseries they are working on called “Follow the Science” - a piece that wants to showcase what following the science really means and create an open forum where scientists can speak openly and freely.
And lastly, we delight ourselves in staying true to oneself, living authentically, our source connection, and “walking the lines of magic”!

The first Q&A was so much fun we deiced to do it again!
We talk about so many things, starting with Liz’s experience of Kundalini Yoga and how it’s benefited her life so much. We also discuss briefly the "pedastalizing" of gurus and what sort of trouble that can bring, going back, again, to how our own authority is all that matters.
We talk about our dream homes and communities, our body's ability to adapt and heal, a bit of natural law, and so much more.
We each share what our gifts are, and invite you to do the same. Make a video and share your gifts (#mygifts, #itssosimple, #thesourceconnection).! We can’t wait to hear about your gifts, because you have more than you can imagine.

Trigger Warning: Mature Content - Rape
In this episode, we talk with Rhoda Lazo Todoran, Advanced Breathwork Therapist, Guardian of Transitions, Transformations, and Transmutations.
We start by talking about losses, dark nights of the soul, not fitting in, suicidal thoughts, and the ultimate realization of running away from the body and coming back to it.
Rhoda tells us about her trip around the world and landing in Australia, where she had a magical weekend practicing breath work, and her life was changed forever. She helped us innerstand the differences between pranayama and therapeutic breathwork practices, the importance of grounding in the body and coming home to one’s essential self.
She highlighted her experiences as a breath-work facilitator, helping people bridge the gap between conscious and unconscious, deepening realizations and diving into the unknown.
We touched on breath being a direct path to “purification” and the notion of everything being perfect.
“The more authentic I am, the more I touch my own perfection. I am perfectly myself.” - Inspired by this episode.

Are you ready for the love connection...to yourself? Really, truly, madly, deeply, loving yourself. How does that feel?
Liz and Tarah explore this and lots of other fun stuff in this episode, including, spoiler alert! fear does NOT affect your frequency. It's ok to be afraid, it's there for a reason. We can learn from it or refuse to see it.
What about affection? What is your story to being affectionate with others? What have you made it mean? What boundaries do you set for yourself in this area, either healthy or unhealthy?
Do you do things by yourself? When's the last time you took yourself on a date? How much freedom do you feel when you're alone?
And...last but not least...LIFE IS EPIC.

In this episode, we talk with wholistic being Falk Hentschel, German-born, former dancer, Hollywood actor, writer, and producer. We explore the potential of artful creation and play in the new paradigm.
As an actor moving in a different direction than most, Falk talks about his explorations in being true to himself and his values, integrity, and honesty, being on the receiving end of discrimination, and ultimately recognizing his ability to light up as a beacon of possibilities.
We explore the potential of play and how we can learn connection and creativity through it. Falk shares his experiences in Hollywood and how that helps to shape the creation of his production company, Patronage Films; an endeavor committed to inspiring and touching others through the art of filmmaking.
We dive into the idea of art as inspiration, how to create more consciously in a collaborative way, in systems that all benefit - a total and complete paradigm shift in awareness and consciousness, individually, then collectively.

Liz and Tarah start the conversation by exploring what it means to drop your armor, or identity with certain things. Then we move on to the frustrations when an old pattern reveals new layers that are asking to be seen..."I thought I was done with that one!?"
We talk about our food identities/habits/addictions, and how as new humans we can see the old survival mechanisms at play while the new story emerges.
Finally, we delve into the true value of us, of you, of me. What does it mean to "charge your worth?" What are you worth? What are the other possibilities of exchange besides traditional money? Do we only have ourselves to depend on, or are we a community?
What is your value? Are YOU the value?

In this episode, we have a heart to heart with our special guest, Alec Zeck, former athlete, and army member.
We reflect on how he came to be one of the most vibrant voices in this new paradigm, and his “deepest why”.
We talk about alchemy, the recognition and transmutation of trauma, the process of going deep into oneself to come out the other side, and the qualities that emerge through that unfolding.
We touch on childhood wounds and how investigating broader contexts may help the process of acceptance and ultimate healing.
We talk about how dark moments of suffering and pain, individual/collective, invite us to dig deeper in exploring our own darkness, how it presents us with opportunities to create anew and experience the glory of the light brighter - the magnificent space of gratitude.
We examine the gift of vulnerability and how the universe is always ready to guide us in openness and humility.
Alec shares one of his projects, The Way Forward (our twin), a podcast and clothing line focused on turning us back into our own innate wisdom of truly being loving awareness. Find it here: https://www.thewayfwrd.com
We also talk about one of his biggest causes, Health Freedom for Humanity - an initiative to unite all people from all walks of life to empower and create community around this principle. Find more at: https://healthfreedomforhumanity.org

Catalyzing our purification! How do we do it? Liz and Tarah share their own process of how challenges have aided in their purification of all that's no longer for them. These times are a huge catalyst to show us where we're still attached to the old ways and all within us that needs to go.
We talk about the perfection of the body in all the ways it speaks to us, setting intentions for the body, and surrendering to listen.
This time has been humanity's ask for a long time, to catalyze the awakening. We have gratitude for the grit and are in love with the grace. We have been given (among the many gifts of this time), a sharp vision and a clear "no."

Welcome to our first round of a special Q&A series, where we interview each other!
In this episode, questions lead to reflections and we talk about the meaning of being ourselves, favorite art forms, our quirks, favorite foods, to name a few.
We reflect on our multidimensionality, controversial ideas, how flexible we can be. We express how excited we feel when we hear from you, how much water “should” one drink, how much we love to laugh.
We explore how open or close-minded we are and how, in a nutshell, we are always choosing. And how choosing is shaping different realities.
And resting in that, we reflect on the need of convincing others of something, because we are all allowed to pick and chose our experiences, no imposition is necessary.

In this episode of The Source Connection, we talk with our very special guest, Alana Bliss, about a lot of exciting and beautiful things, but most passionately, conscious birthing.
Alana, a home birth doula, an author, and a Permaculturist, shares her dedication to birthing consciously in the new paradigm. We discuss the current model of birthing and how it’s been of disservice to women and all beings, and what the possibilities are of birthing a child into this world in a different way that’s rooted in more love and care for all. “Who controls birth controls the Earth.”
We explore what it means to trust the body completely in the birthing process, and transmuting the fear that has been a part of birth for as long as we all can remember.
We also talk about permaculture on the land and how it relates to our inner-world and building this new earth together.
More about Alana:
Alana Bliss has been exploring solutions to ecological, social issues, holistic wellness, and conscious birth for over 10 years.
She is a home Birth doula, an author, and a Permaculturalist.
After completing a Permaculture Design Certification and Natural Building apprenticeship in 2006, Alana dedicated her life to sustainable solutions. She and her family drove to Costa Rica in their self-converted veggie-oil RV, where they founded Finca Fruición: Permaculture Land Cooperative. In 2009, Alana took her Advanced Permaculture Course in Teaching, and has been facilitating permaculture courses and internships ever since. With her family and a small group of dedicated individuals, Alana lived and worked at the land cooperative and Fruition Center she ran in Costa Rica. There she hosted eco-tourists, interns, courses, staff and volunteers. Alana focuses on inspirational education, offering her students the skills to become confident permaculture designers.
Upon returning to her home in Minneapolis, MN she founded her own Permaculture Landscape Company "Green Guilds" that incorporates cultivating a more healthy and vibrant environment anywhere. Ecological Landscape Design, Landscape Maintenance, and Eco-Interior Design as well as Aquaponic Systems are custom designed, from small to large scale. The functions of these systems are to provide food and beauty indoors, year round.
Alana also published with a group of authors in the book Psychedelic Mysteries of the Feminine. She has presented internationally about birth as a rite of passage at festivals from Boom to Envision to Shangra La.
Alana is also a psychonaut, where she explores consciousness and gains deeper layers of understanding of the divine and herself. Alana is a mother of 4 children and has worked with mothers to support them in raising empowered children.

This is the first episode of what we collectively agreed on being the new year! Welcome 2022! May this “new cycle” being you everything your heart desires.
In this episode, we reflect on what being a fully embodied human looks and feels like. We dive into reflections in the last year; the growth, the pain and the joys. We talk about how deep it feels to surrender into the mystery, and how ultimately, we are all doing what’s the clearest, strongest alignment at every moment.
We remember the importance of minding “your own business” and wonder what the world would like like if we all did that.
Ultimately, how are we embodying ourselves during this intense times?

Liz and Tarah continue the vibe exploring womb work, gender identity (and the separation it leads to), women's sexual power, and how connected each of them feels to being a woman. This inevitably leads to the topic of aging with love and joy and questioning how worthy most women feel to be their vibrant selves. Paul is a way-shower, a representative for the truth in action in our everyday lives. He upholds his frequency of Universal Law as an example for all to see.
In this episode, we explore what it means to BE so close to the law of nature, or common law. We talk about being an instrument of the Universe and separating the ego from what's true and right. We are produced into a system that's misguided, but we are always given the opportunity to become aware and self-correct with humility.
Paul is a shining example of this humility. He gives everyone the opportunity to like who they are in the actions he takes to remedy another misguided action.
In Paul's words, his mission: "The mission is a common sense, courteous approach to educating folks about common law and the legal system. The intent is to provide a platform for public servants to act in good faith, and also educate those that are misinformed. The goal of my life and media is to create a functional community together based in truth and understanding as well as upholding universal law aka the common law."

We are thrilled and honored to have Tom back with us in this episode, where we dig into the Laws of Nature, Equity and Commerce, and how to apply them to our lives.
First, you must know who you are, then, BE it in the world.
A few of the laws we explore: we are here, do no harm, there's always enough, you are always provided for, the external reflects your internal.
The "fake" world (the corporation known as "government," etc) is the make-believe world. Man is not bound by man-made laws without consent. Watch to see how we consent all the time without even knowing it.
This episode is rich. These notes only scratch the surface.

In this episode Liz starts us off with some kundalini breath work (finishing at 9:00), then we dive into a little or a lot of the following: the no plan plan, deep surrender/trust, not needing to know what's next, undoing, "Am I worthy to exist if I don't DO?", playing and being in communion with nature, we ARE nature and are always taken care of, what would in be like to be jobless?, how much do you consciously choose your life?, magic! (no words or explanation), spontaneous desire without attachment, visions boards-yes or no?, no fighting necessary...just be you.
Freedom Poem from episode (by Tarah)
The unequivocal knowing that you are free, is your freedom.
To be truly free, you must first know you have always already been free. The work that leads you to this knowing (not in your mind, but in your core), IS the only work you must do to be free. As it is done, more and more “external” freedom will be reflected back to you as a result of the deepening of this truth within you.
It is done in an instant, remembering. It is done over a lifetime, remembering to remember. The work is vast, steady, non-linear, unknown, winding, exhilarating, true, sometimes confusing, blissful, and so much more.
You don’t have to be anything but yourself. You don’t have to follow any of the “rules” (unless, of course, you want to). You don’t have to answer to anyone or anything but your own Source connection.
Naturally, this state of freedom within leads to a life of lived and expressed unconditional love and service to others.
