The Pipestone Area Marching Arrows had a busy Saturday, Sept. 24, competing at the Tri-State Band Festival in Luverne and then the Big Sioux Review in Brandon. The Arrows finished fourth out of five Class AA bands in the parade competition on Luverne’s Main Street in the morning, last out of four Class A bands in the field competition at the Luverne High School in the afternoon and last out of six Class A bands at the Brandon Valley Athletic Complex in the evening.
