Adina Place Jasper, the former Jasper Sunrise Village, has reopened as a 23-bed senior housing facility and the first resident was scheduled to move in Oct. 1. Jasper Sunrise Village closed in 2020 and Dr. Joseph Yoon bought the property from the Jasper Economic Development Authority in 2021. Yoon’s original plan was to reopen Sunrise Village as an assisted living facility. Yoon said that’s still the plan, but for now the facility will be for senior housing.
