Ruthton’s Buffalo Ridge Civic Organization (BRCO) is holding the annual 4th of July celebration with church in the park at 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 2 and a full day of activities on July 4. The July 4 activities begin with a car show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the parade at 11 a.m. The parade will begin on Smith Avenue and turn onto Aetna Street past the Ruthton City Park.
