Tax abatement approved Pipestone City Council members during their Aug. 7 meeting approved an amendment to a property tax abatement that will enable it to recoup up to 3,000 over 15 years for the cost of infrastructure work that will be done at the former Hill Elementary School property, which is owned by the Pipestone Development Company (PDC).
