History was made in many ways Tuesday during a Big South Conference boys basketball game between Pipestone Area and Windom Area. PAS senior guard/forward combination Rysley Borman surpassed 1,000 points in his scholastic career during this 114-79 rout. “It was awesome to see Rysley get his 1,000th point,” PAS head coach Michael Slaba said in an email to the Pipestone County Star on Friday afternoon. “It is a testament to all of the hours he has spent in the gym and his great work ethic.” Borman scored 49 points in all, establishing a new school single-game scoring record to boot....
