The Pipestone County Star was there for the second practice of the season for the Pipestone Area Schools' boys and girls cross country teams. The Star will be running a season preview in the Thursday, Aug. 22, edition. The first two meets are scheduled for Marshall (Aug. 26) and Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Sept. 5).
