Representatives of the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) presented an overview of projects planned for Pipestone County and District 8 over the next 10 years. This year, MnDOT has been resurfacing state Highway 23 from Pipestone to Russell and is now replacing the bridge deck just east of the intersection of Hwy. 23 and U.S. Hwy. 75 in Pipestone.
