Autumn LaBrune is the 2026 Pipestone County 4-H summer intern. LaBrune is the daughter of Adam and Gretchen LaBrune and a Russell Tyler Ruthton graduate. Next month she’ll begin her sophomore year at the South Dakota School of Mines where she’s studying civil engineering. She hopes to work in water resource. LaBrune said she applied for the internship because she’s been very involved in 4-H over the years and wanted to see what it would be like to be on the other side of the program.
