When a person finds a job they love, they stick with it. At least that’s what Carol Scotting did. Scotting is the administrative office assistant at the University of Minnesota Extension Office in Pipestone. She started the job over 38 years ago on June 27, 1983. She will retire from the position on Nov. 30.
