The Pipestone Development Company (PDC) plans to divide the former Hill Elementary School property into 16 lots that will be known as Hill Addition. The Pipestone City Council approved a preliminary plat for the property during its April 18 meeting following the recommendation the Pipestone Planning Commission made during its April 13 meeting.
