TO THE EDITOR: Responding to the guest column in the March 24 Pipestone County Star. Spending tax dollars in Southwest Minnesota is great. But wouldn’t those dollars be more wisely spent on the roads and bridges that all of the residents use rather than a trail that very few use? Rodney Altena Pipestone
