A fairly youthful squad in 2021, comprised of four seniors, a junior and a plethora of talented sophomores, the Pipestone Area softball team comes into the 2022 season with a vastly experienced group poised for an even better finish. That might be hard to imagine, as the Arrows not only posted a season mark of 26-5 but also claimed another Section 3AA crown, beat second-seeded Maple Lake in their Class AA state tournament opener and placed fourth at the season-ending showcase in North Mankato. Certainly, the Arrows will have an excellent opportunity to match or better those achievements this spring...
