TO THE EDITOR: It was right and proper to have a public meeting last week on the situation at the library. The courts already made a decision on the reliability of the past agreement between the city public library and the school board. The courts said that it is too late to go back and blame someone for writing a bad contract you do not like because the statute of limitations says that if you do not like the contract, you have to notice it and change it within six years. Actually, if there are problems it could be improved...
