Another house renovated by Minnesota West Community and Technical College carpentry students is almost ready for sale. Pipestone Building and Zoning Official Doug Fortune told the Pipestone Economic Development Authority (EDA), which funds the renovations, during its May 9 meeting that the students were expected to finish installing vinyl siding on the house at 411 West Main Street last week, prior to Minnesota West’s graduation ceremony.
