Global Accessibility Awareness Day

This year marks the tenth anniversary of Global Accessibility Awareness Day. The day began from a single blog post **written by Joe Devon, a web developer based in Los Angeles. Joe’s idea was that on one day every year web developers would be encouraged to test at least one page on their site, using an accessibility tool. He also wanted to raise awareness of why accessibility is so important for so many people around the world.
