BARRE,Mass. - On Monday, Indigenous Day for many parts of the country, the board of the Founders Museum in Barre, Mass held a press conference to announce that as many as 140 artifacts including a number of items from the massacre at Wounded Knee, were to be returned to the Oglala Sioux Tribe, finally, on November 5.
