I’ll start with a follow up from last weeks report on HB 1133. On 2/16/23 the Senate Commerce and Energy killed HB 1133 by a vote of 9-0. I’m sure landowners will bring this legislation back next year. HB 1080 did pass the Senate and signed by the Governor. This bill prohibits certain medical and surgical interventions on minor patients. The “Help Not Harm” protects children struggling to embrace their biological sex by protecting them from harmful drugs and surgery.
