ALLEN - The OST Council met at American Horse School in Allen for the March regular session, the Council’s proposed actions to terminate Prairie Wind Casino GM Bill Pourier and in a separate action to terminate Pahin Sinte Owayawa board, principal and curriculum director were tabled.
