This Fall, on November 23rd, 2023 in New York City, New York, the cheerleading team from Lakota Tech High School will be able to perform and cheer in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Cheerleaders that will be performing will be Jordan Lefthand, Drew Weasel Bear-Slow Bear, Timarie Ghost Bear, Adrienne Weasel Bear-Slow Bear and Caitlyn Ghost Bear. Their coach Misty Mousseaux- Begay will be accompanying them along the trip as well. Mousseaux-Begay is SDSH Coaches Association 2021-22 Coach of the Year and Finalist for C.O.T.Y. in 2022-23.
