MANDERSON - With just a few hoops yet to be completed, the Oglala Sioux Tribe is in line for a million Project Grant that will be used to rebuild Highway 33 from Rockyford to the White Horse road turnoff in Manderson and then to complete a paved road from White Horse Creek road to the Red Cloud School campus.
