PINE RIDGE - On Monday, the OST Council met in special session in the council chambers of the Red Cloud building in Pine Ridge; following an executive session, the council voted 11 yes, 2 no with 2 not voting to seat a new OST Election Commission made up of Crynthia Clifford, Karen “Tiny” Pourier and Kandee Desersa.
