At Tuesday’s Bothwell Regional Health Center Board of Trustees meeting, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Phillip Fracica dove deep into educating members on the omicron variant of the coronavirus. Fracica said it was known the virus would morph and evolve, gradually accumulating slight changes, but omicron “came out of left field” and did not fit this pattern.
