The Center Human Services will introduce a new program next month that will offer services not only for children but for adults as well. The Applied Behavioral Analysis Program is spearheaded by Kayla Holland-Orell, 27, the  administrator of clinical behavioral services at the center. Holland-Orell recently moved back to Sedalia from Kansas City with her husband Jacob Orell and their daughter Bradley, 18-months.
