Aug. 11, 2023 By Gary Girard, DelanoNow columnist        With the start of Delano Joint Union High School District classes on Aug. 16, the school board at its July meeting made several decisions.         Alexander Reed was approved as a continuation school teacher at Valley High School.   Jennifer Neufeld was approved as CTE health science and medical technology teacher at Delano, Cesar Chavez, and Robert F.
