When Chelsea found her beautiful baby boy Preston had a Congenital Heart Defect she had no idea what to expect. After a tough journey of surgeries and miracles, everything she went through really made her and Preston become #heartwarriors. Preston was even nominated as one of 20 change-makers to compete in the Teen of Impact inaugural Class of 2022 for the American Heart Association's SouthWest Region!
