The boys from Ref the District look forward to the '21-22 Washington Capitals season as they look to make another run at the Stanley Cup.

First they'll talk to Johnny "Cakes" Auville of the Sports Junkies on 106.7 The Fan.  Cakes is a longtime fan of the team having grown up watching them at the old Cap Center in Landover and reveling in their Stanley Cup victory in 2018.

Next they'll talk to Sammi Silber, Editor-In-Chief of Washington Hockey Now.  Sammi will be able to give all the latest news on Nick Backstrom's injury and how long he'll be out plus a look at the new guys on the roster
