This episode begins the process of understanding flaws in thinking and how that shapes people's ideas of what is leadership. I provide examples of what has led me to be an independent thinker and how I question so that you can begin to apply the Socratic method of how to frame a question in order to listen with the purpose of being neutral. For being neutral, without the bias of emotion, allows for thinking not invested in winning an argument and to see the situation from all perspectives. This is only the first episode on leadership with the next spending more time discussing and creating a Being Paleo touchstone for understanding how paleo archaic humans operated and selecting leadership.
