Sri Lanka to send minister-led team to Russia for deals on oil discounts Economic Times.India Times

Sri Lanka had earlier purchased discounted oil from Russia and is now exploring long-term arrangements to meet regular demands in the island nation, sources indicated.

The bible talks about a strong Russia and I do not believe the efforts of western nations to use sanctions against Russia is going to work.
