My guest on today's show is a returning guest; Pastor Earl Wallace. Earl is the author of "The Three-Dimensional Leader: Negotiating Your Mission, Resources and Context" which he has taught throughout America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East to help people to think differently so they truly can do better.
Earl is a patriot having served in the US Army. He has been a high school English teacher, a Christian musician, a Bible conference teacher, and was a Tea Party spokesperson from 2008 - 2011.
In 2014, Earl founded the Liberty Christian Fellowship Church near Albany, NY. There he serves as pastor and teaches that the Bible applies to every aspect of life, including civics. Pastor Earl teaches “The Biblical Basis of The Bill of Rights” to call Americans to reaffirm our Biblical, God-given, Ten Commandments, unalienable rights, upon which American culture was founded.
Pastor Earl has volunteered at Camp Constituion for 11 summers, and has presented at numerous other events in multiple states as the Camp Construction 1st Amendment Specialist.
Today he shares with us the First Amendment, Free Speech Flag Case filed with the Supreme Court of The United States. Camp Constitution filed the case against the City of Boston, MA for refusing to let Camp Constitution raise the Chistian flag during a Constitution Day event at the Boston Commons in 2017.

My guest on today’s show is Yusupha Manneh. Yusupha is a 29 year old man from Gambia. He is a highly sought after speaker particularly by youth groups throughout Gambia. Yusupha graduated from St. Augustine’s Senior Secondary school in 2012, and his performance earned him a spot at the Gambia College School of Education where he studied education from 2013 to 2016. He majored in English and Agriculture. He graduated in 2016. He was hired by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education as a qualifed teacher. He now has 5 years of teaching experience.
In 2017, Yusupha, along with a group of like-minded youth, started a movement that advocates for sustainable peace through youth employment creation. He served as the founding secretary general of the Youth Movement for Employment and Violence-Free Africa from 2017 to 2020.
In 2018, Yusupha was selcted as part of the YALICOHORT 10 Accra Participants, where he went through an intensive 5 week onsite leadership training program in entrepreneurship. Upon returning home from that, he founded the Peace Poultry Farm. He is also the coordinator for the Terri Lynn Hope Foundation. Yusupha is an Alumni and mentor of the Global Schools Advocate Program. He currently is studying Economics and Business at UNICAF University.

Studies suggest young kids who dont particpate in youth sports are more likely to experience early health issues. They also lack self confidence, team oreinted skills, and more. The pay for youth and high school coaches are increasingly getting smaller for public schools vs private schools. In some states, such as Florida, high schools coaches are only paid .6 cents an hour. It is Willie's intention to change the way we see youth and high school sports in Palatka, Fl.

Terrance hails from Alcoa, TN, where he was born and raised. Alcoa is a tiny town consisting of 13 streets - 12 full streets, and 2 half streets. It is named for the Aluminum Company Of America - which at one time had 4 plants operating in the area. But now there is only 1.
Terrance's cause is to support Hanna Smiles; a non-profit organization. This organization provides additional pathways in academics and personal development. They focus is on instilling values, hope and self-esteem. This is done by investing in youth's academics and personal development. Research confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young people; both personally and professionally. And, it also furthers their social and economic opportunities. Yet one in three young people will grow up without this critical asset.
So, the Hannah Smiles organization provides a support system that propels students athletically. Plus, it helps them succeed academically and socially, as well.
Terrance knew Hannah before her untimely death. Her smile touched the hearts of many - even during her illness. He sees the powerful impact that the Hannah Smiles organization is making on students. Prelvis grew up in the small country town of Grand Junction, Tennessee about 50 miles east of Memphis. During his childhood, Prelvis enjoyed learning from his parents. They taught him the art of gardening, canning, raising some livestock and just good ole country living. But more importantly, and not realizing it at the time, Prelvis was learning something far more important…the importance of giving!
He enlisted in the United States Navy and retired after 20+ years of service at the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
