How often have we seen leaders, at any level, walk around as though they are untouchable? We all know the type; haughty, arrogant, puffed up, you get the picture.
We are not referring to those who show real confidence in what they do as a leader; after all, confidence shows different than arrogance.  Employees need to see their leaders as humans, not as untouchable, detached corporate figureheads.
