We all know these people. In it for the title and nothing more. They want the corner office, the fancy name plaque on the door, the prestige, power, money, the list goes on. That is their business, to be that person in control.  They feel as though the title alone promotes them to leadership and they could not be more wrong. These people are dangerous! Not only to the organization, but to the people that they have the responsibility to truly lead.
