It is important as a leader to realize that those people we lead are human. There will be times that emotions run high, tempers flare, and things do get said as a result. This is especially true working with large groups of people. As a leader, it is important to always remember that as human beings, we are all flawed. We all have feelings, emotions, times of uncertainty, and we will all inevetibly make mistakes.
