he past year has brought several organizations to their knees, some have dissapeared overnight. So many of these now defunct orgnizations felt that the world needed them and had nothing to worry about. If you are one of these static leaders thinking that you are invincible, don't kid yourself! The successful organizations of the future are dynamic and actively developing leaders through executive coaching, making strategic plans, harnassing the power of their employees through a culture of inclusion, and looking at the current state of business and finding a way to fit into it. Static is not even in their vocabulary.
