Si Hearn is my guest this week a wonderful man who has been a doorman, teacher and policeman before changing to entrepreneurship helping others with marketing and more recently with automation.   Si, like most people in a service environment, paid a high personal price, burnout and pain. Leaving it behind and finding a new horizon took time, persistence and energy. He shares this journey and the lessons he learnt along the way.
