Today we interviewed THE Brad Kochis, former founding/lead pastor at The Refinery Church in Columbus, Ohio, and now the director of Alumni Relations and Advancement at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  Two years ago, I attended an event where Brad was speaking. During his talk, he distributed the questions you now hear him answer in this podcast.  I took those questions and developed them in a way so that YOU, the listeners. can hopefully understand them and then use them in your own life to ask leaders around you.  Brad dropped multiple wisdom bombs during this episode.

4- A failure Brad would go back and redo would be to rework his hiring process. Hiring slow and firing fast.

5- Brad explained something that I should do would be to find mentors in all areas of my life to help guide me forward into learning. Always be thirsty enough that you will let others know where you should get your drink.

6- Places Brad recommends I go, ALASKA!!! as well as a place that you can't get to easily.

7-  1. Realize you are an imperfect human. 2. Marry way out of your league. 3. Be an intentional dad.

8- Don't outsource authenticity. Do not fall into the comparison trap.
