Relationships aren't taught in school but they should be... and a lot of us struggle to find the right ones for us. 

In this episode I interviewed Claire Godward (CEO) and Annie Wimbush (Clinical supervisor), both of the Relationship charity, Relate Cambridge. 

We discuss some key insights in to what most couples go to relate for, and discuss things from adultery to the impact of technology on our romantic relationships. 

I was a client of theirs for 6 months following a recent break-up in a 4 year relationship and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I have ever done for my own self-esteem and really helped me find much healthier relationships.
