Too often good people go to DC & don't have the fortitude to navigate The Swamp... eventually corrupting them, leading to a major problem in the GOP where the Reps become disconnected with their constituents & totally "out of touch" with the people they are supposed to represent... we call it "SWAMPED UP"! This proposal is a way to help save our good Reps, flush out the betrayers, and elevate the heroes!
