There have been many articles, books, and podcasts dedicated to the concept of Imposter Syndrome - in fact the concept has been around since the 1970's. I don't think I know a peer who hasn't mentioned struggling with it at some point or another - the feeling like they are a fraud and have fooled everyone into believing they have something they aren't. In today's podcast, we'll take a closer look at the cause and impact of imposter syndrome.
