Our day started sunny and warm.... by 4pm it began to snow. Snow symbolizes a time of rest for me. Hibernation and rejuvenation. Curling up beside a fire and watching the white flurries dance in the wind whirls. Today I sat beneath my pines as the snow began to swirl around me. I wanted to foster the feeling of it being safe to take rests. I wanted to foster the permission for you to heal and take a break from your day. Heal up and regain your strength.
