Today's guest is Shawn Thomas. She was a deputy with a major Sheriff's Office in the Pacific Northwest and also married to an officer. Shawn was a wellness officer in a major agency and she had to build the airplane while it was flying and a lot of wellness coordinators can identify with that. She also runs 1st Responder Conferences, which has taught thousands of first responders in dozens of locations across the country.
