The Clarke County Bulldogs (2-4, 2-0 2A Region 1) delighted a large homecoming crowd with a convincing 19-0 win over the Chickasaw Chieftains (3-3, 2-2 2A Region 1) Friday night, Sept. 30 at H.G. Prim Stadium. CCHS held the ball for over 10 minutes in the first quarter. The Bulldogs’ opening drive took 10 plays and lasted more than 6 minutes. Their progress stalled at the Chickasaw 12 and Pace Young missed a 29-yard field goal.
